Aromatic
Diffuse 3–5 drops in water, or place 1–2 drops in palms, cup hands and inhale.
Topical
Dilute 1–2 drops with a carrier oil and massage onto the desired area.
Internal
Only with doTERRA products specifically labelled for internal use. Follow the packaging instructions.
Dilution
Always dilute with a carrier oil (e.g. fractionated coconut oil) before applying to skin. Adults: 1–2 drops per teaspoon of carrier oil.
