Question 1

When will I receive my order?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the shipping method you choose: Economy 3–8 business days, Standard 2–6 business days, Priority 2 business days, Express next business day. Delivery estimates begin when the order ships and count business days — not the day the order is placed.

Economy shipping is free on orders over $125, $3.99 on orders over $75, and $6.99 on all other orders (3–8 business days). Standard is $9.99 (2–6 business days), Priority is $14.99 (2 business days) and Express is $24.99 (next business day). Economy shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is $7.99; to Puerto Rico, Guam and APO/FPO/DPO addresses it is $6.99. The exact amount is always shown at checkout.
