doTERRA Roll-on and Touch products are essential oils already diluted with fractionated coconut oil and packed into a rollerball bottle. Touch oils use the same oil or blend as the classic bottle, just pre-diluted at a gentle ratio, so they are a good choice for anyone new to topical use or for sensitive skin. Roller blends built for kids, such as Brave, Calmer and Steady, are diluted even further.

Can I use a Touch roller in a diffuser?
No — because Touch oils contain carrier oil, they are made for skin, not for diffusing. Use a classic undiluted bottle in your diffuser.
Where should I apply a roll-on?
