Serenity is doTERRA’s evening blend: Lavender, Cedarwood, Ho Wood, Ylang Ylang, Marjoram, Roman Chamomile, Vetiver, Vanilla Bean and Hawaiian Sandalwood. The result is soft, floral and woody, made for winding down.
Most people diffuse 3–5 drops in the bedroom about half an hour before bed. The Serenity Stick (with Valerian) is a mess-free option for your nightstand, the soap brings the aroma to an evening bath or shower, and the softgels are a dietary supplement to use as directed on the label.
What does Serenity smell like?
