How to Operate Your Diffuser
To begin your aromatic experience, fill the reservoir with clean, room-temperature water, ensuring you do not exceed the designated maximum fill line. Add 5 to 12 drops of your preferred doTERRA CPTG essential oils directly into the water. Adjust the number of drops to calibrate the intensity of the aroma to your liking. Always check the provided instruction manual for comprehensive operating guidelines.
Routine Care and Maintenance
Maintaining your device is essential for consistent performance. If you diffuse regularly, plan for a cleaning cycle once a month. Start by filling the tank halfway with water and ten drops of white vinegar. Run the device for five minutes to allow the mixture to circulate, then empty the tank completely. Use a cotton swab dampened with vinegar to address any interior corners, rinse the reservoir thoroughly, and allow the unit to air-dry before your next use.

Frequently asked questions
- How many drops of oil should I use?
- Four to eight drops in a full water tank suits most rooms. Start with fewer drops and add more only if you want a stronger aroma.
- What kind of water goes in it?
- Room-temperature tap water up to the fill line is fine. Never add oil without water, and never fill above the marked line.
- How do I clean it?
- Empty it after use, wipe the tank with a soft cloth, and about once a week rinse it with water and a little white vinegar to clear any oil residue.
- Does it come with essential oils?
- Diffusers are sold on their own unless the description says otherwise. If you are starting out, Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint are the most versatile first three oils.
