- Apply doTERRA Cheer blend for the AromaTouch Hand Technique.
- Use in the morning to uplift with optimism and cheer.
- For massage, mix 5 drops with 0.34 fl oz (10 mL) of carrier oil. For a bath, mix 5 drops of doTERRA Cheer with 0.17 fl oz (5 mL) of carrier oil. For perfume, mix 1 drop with 10 drops of carrier oil. For external use only.
